As a deep medtech startup, we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

1. Zero tracking and no cookies

Our website follows the principle of privacy by design. We use no analytics tools such as Google Analytics, no tracking cookies, and no external fonts that could transmit IP addresses to third countries.

2. Hosting (Vercel)

Our website is delivered statically through Vercel's Edge Network. Each time the website is accessed, the server automatically records data in server log files, such as the IP address, browser type, and request time. This data is technically necessary to display the website and ensure its stability and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, for example at info@nuaris.life, we store the information you provide to process your request on the servers of our German email provider, mailbox.org. We do not share this data without your consent.

4. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter using the "Subscribe to newsletter" link, we use your email address exclusively to send you the Nuaris newsletter. Subscription and delivery are handled through our self-hosted Listmonk instance at newsletter.nuaris.life. Processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. We only add your address to the distribution list after confirmation by double opt-in. You may withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
